Kelly Schmidt: Co-founder & EVP of Operations
As executive vice president at MITEC, Kelly is responsible for the operations of the company. She brings more than 20 years of experience to MITEC. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service and driving profitable revenue growth.
Kelly’s top priority is to accelerate the business value that MITEC brings to its customers, partners and employees. Kelly is active leader in her community. She currently serves as the President of her local school district and enjoys vacationing and spending time with her family.
Jim Howard: Co-founder & EVP of Sales & Client Services
Jim Howard is an experienced executive with responsibilities for sales and marketing, client services and partnerships at MITEC. Jim is an accomplished business leader with deep technology experience in services related to information management, business process outsourcing (BPO) and business process automation (BPA).
Jim began his career in the US Navy and went on to work at well-known companies such as Pitney Bowes, Lason (SourceHOV-Exela) and MSX International, before co-founding MITEC Solutions in 2007.
Raj Alla: Technology Manager
Raj leads MITEC’s technology team and is responsible for defining and building technologies that enable MITEC’s customers to automate their business processes. With more than 15 years of experience, Raj is a proven leader with deep technical knowledge. His focus is on transforming the overall IT experience by strengthening foundational business capabilities; enabling new business models such as service, software, and SaaS; and accelerating innovative business outcomes for MITEC’s customers, partners, and employees.
Kathy Studer: Director of Operations
Kathy is the Director of Operations for MITEC. She has complete responsibility for customer satisfaction, quality, cost and schedule performance. With more than 25 years of experience in business services, Kathy specializes in transaction processing services, software solutions and hardware technology products.
